Adele stops Las Vegas residency to upgrade fans sitting in ‘no-good seats in the house’

When Adele noticed some fans sitting in the ‘most uncomfortable seats in the house’ during her Las Vegas concert, she took notice of them. She stopped the show in order to give them a better view by calling them down to the front. Watch the incredible moment below:

Adele made an emotional return to the stage for her ‘Weekends with Adele’ residency. She broke down in tears during her performance, which saw her thank fans for ‘coming back’ to her after they waited almost a year for the rescheduled gig.

Originally due to kick off back in January, the Las Vegas residency was postponed due to Covid-19 concerns and production issues.

Performing at the Caesars Palace Colosseum, she told fans: “I should be giving you a standing ovation.

Thank you so much for coming back to me. I really appreciate it. You look amazing and it looks just what I imagined it would look like. It’s gorgeous.”

She also surprised those sitting in the ‘nosebleed seat’, who didn’t have the best view of the singer, by calling them down for a better view.

As shown in the clip above, shared by @loljakewutudoin, Adele said: “There are two seats in this house that are the most terrible f**king seats in this house.”

She allowed two people, one of whose view was blocked by a wall, to come down and get a better look at the show.

Commenting on the generous singer online, one person said: “This is so amazing.”

Another added: “This is the first time I’ve sat right behind a pole.

“The fact that she actually thought about this,” a third said.

Someone else thought: “That’s soo nice.”

“I’m so scared and nervous, but I am so happy.

“I don’t know what I was thinking about putting piano ballads at the top of the set … hopefully over time my nerves will disappear.

“I would also really like to thank Caesar’s because there have been a lot of rumours and they never once asked any questions. They’ve been amazing.”

‘Weekends with Adele’ began on 18 November in Las Vegas and will continue until 25 March 2023.

It goes without saying that Adele is a bit of an icon.

From recently gatecrashing a show at a gay bar to being in a bit of a mood during an NBA basketball game, there’s no doubt she captures all our feelings just as much during her life as she does when she sings about it.

But her latest shenanigans have left fans seriously stunned. The singer appeared to vanish into thin air during a performance as part of her highly anticipated Las Vegas residency show, Weekends with Adele.

Taking to Twitter today, a fan named Fred shared a clip of Adele playing during her first date at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada, last night (18 November) after she previously had to cancel her original set of shows in the City of Sin.

The video, which was captioned: “Where the f**k did she end up?” #WeekendsWithAdele,” showed the singer raising her arms up during lengthy applause before a curtain of pink confetti came cascading down around her.

When the last of the rosy sparkles came falling down on stage, Adele had literally disappeared from sight.

“I freaked out for a second when this happened, I was like ‘where is she?!’,” one fan admitted in the comments section beneath the video while another added, “I’m saying ‘bro where did our queen go?'”

To be honest, we were just as shaken.

It wasn’t clear exactly how Adele made such a quick run-for-it appear so mystical, but I would have thought there was a stage trap door through which she made a swift exit while the confetti fell. Or it was magic – one of the two.

LADbible has approached Adele’s representatives for comment on this baffling phenomenon.

The singer’s Las Vegas residency was originally scheduled to kick off back in January of this year, but thanks to the coronavirus pandemic, a major curveball was thrown and completely sent the arrangements into chaos.

Adele revealed to her fans that ‘half of her team’ had been struck off with Covid-19 and they weren’t able to put on the show that she’d been working hard on.
